portrait of the artist as a young lizard

(
Yep, this was adapted from the Cherry Girl. Which was partly modeled on a photo of me, upon which photo this is based. Very circular or something.)

Instead of simply writing up my Credentials (with a Capital C!), or giving y'all what would probably be far too much overly-personal information about me, I thought it might be appropriate to simply give you my philosophy (with a small p, please note):
I've been doing art for nearly all my life, in one form or another. I've been schooled in it. I have worked in the field professionally for a number of years. But truthfully, none of that really amounts to a hill of beans next to two things: [1] that what we do as artists has appeal to the people we share it with and [2] that as artists we love what we do.

It really just boils down to those two things. One of them you  can be the judge of your own self, but as for the other? This is what I do, and I love doing it.

As always, my inbox is open, and you can reach me here.

This is apparently a div. A div is not an ifreet. You may read about the difference here, if you are so inclined.

Nor is a div a djinn. But I'm thinking these divs must have to be included so as not to break the page structure in IE. Typical of a div to cause an uproar.
